Posable figure then hinges

The requests, in order

1A posable figure for FDM PLA, about 100 mm tall, in five pieces named exactly `body` (the head and torso in one piece), `armL`, `armR`, `legL` and `legR`, each limb one piece. Ball joints at the shoulders and hips, with fits that print and move. Two views: first `assembly`, the figure standing upright with Z up, its feet on the bed at Z = 0, centred on the origin; then `print`, every piece laid out flat on the bed apart from the others. Supports are fine wherever a joint needs them — say so and record it; every piece must still rest on a flat face in the print layout. Declare the process in `verify`.

2Now split each limb at the elbow or knee with a pin hinge so the arms and legs bend: `armL` becomes `upperArmL` and `forearmL`, `armR` becomes `upperArmR` and `forearmR`, `legL` becomes `thighL` and `shinL`, and `legR` becomes `thighR` and `shinR`. The pin can be a printed peg on one half or a separate piece, your call. Keep the ball joints at the shoulders and hips exactly as they are, keep every fit printable and moving, and keep both views, the print layout included.

• Nothing added beyond the figure's pieces and their joints
