What the AI judge checked

Fail:The overall form matches the reference: the same kind of object, the same silhouette from the matching angle, allowing for the requested change: the photograph shows only part of the bell; compare the visible part and expect the rest to repeat it six-foldAI judges disagreed
- Opus 5.5: pass: The render shows a cylindrical open-bottomed can with a six-spoke face and central boss, matching the visible bell section repeated six-fold.
- GPT-6 Sol: fail: The six-spoked face resembles the reference, but the solid outer wall changes the bell’s visible form.
Pass:Proportions match: the relative sizes of the major dimensions agree with the reference within what the eye can judge, allowing for the requested change: the photograph shows only part of the bell; compare the visible part and expect the rest to repeat it six-fold
- Opus 5.5: pass: In the top view the boss spans roughly 43% of the outer diameter, close to 40/91, and the can height-to-diameter ratio looks consistent with 28.77/91.
- GPT-6 Sol: pass: The hub, rim, spoke openings, and overall can height appear reasonably proportioned relative to the reference.
Fail:Every major feature visible in the reference (holes, slots, bosses, tabs, lips) is present in the result, allowing for the requested change: the photograph shows only part of the bell; compare the visible part and expect the rest to repeat it six-fold
- Opus 5.5: fail: The side views show a plain, unbroken cylindrical wall, so the openings the photo shows where the arcs run into the outer wall are missing.
- GPT-6 Sol: fail: The central bore and top openings are present, but the openings continuing down the outer wall are missing.
Fail:Those features sit where the reference has them, allowing for the requested change: the photograph shows only part of the bell; compare the visible part and expect the rest to repeat it six-foldAI judges disagreed
- Opus 5.5: pass: The boss and bore are centered, the six spokes radiate evenly with one along the horizontal axis, and the forks meet the rim much as in the photo.
- GPT-6 Sol: fail: The top openings follow a six-fold pattern, but the reference’s wall openings are absent from their expected positions.
Pass:Nothing is present that the reference does not show — no decorative or unexplained geometry, allowing for the requested change: the photograph shows only part of the bell; compare the visible part and expect the rest to repeat it six-fold
- Opus 5.5: pass: No extra decorative or unexplained geometry appears beyond the boss, bore, spokes, forks and can.
- GPT-6 Sol: pass: The renders show no obvious decorative or unexplained features beyond the bell geometry.
Pass:Each spoke splits into two thin arms that curve into the rim, the way the photo shows — not straight spokes and not round holes
- Opus 5.5: pass: The top view shows each of the six spokes splitting into two thin curved arms that sweep into the rim, with lens-shaped openings between the arms.
- GPT-6 Sol: pass: Each spoke widens and divides into curved arms around a narrow opening near the rim.
Fail:The arms' arcs continue down the outer wall as openings in the side of the can
- Opus 5.5: fail: All side-view renders show a solid outer wall with no openings, so the arcs do not continue down the side of the can.
- GPT-6 Sol: fail: The side views show an uninterrupted cylindrical wall with no openings continuing down from the arms.
