The request
The attached photo shows an aluminium-housed power resistor from straight above, with its two leads still soldered on. The leads and the solder lugs are not part of what I want — only the housing: the finned body and its two mounting flanges. The body is 50 mm long and 15.39 mm tall, and the flanges are 1.35 mm thick with 3.7 mm holes. Build the housing to match the picture, lying on its base: the base on Z = 0, X along the body from left to right in the photo, Y up the photo, centred on the origin. Name the sub-part `housing`.

What the AI judge checks
- The overall form matches the reference: the same kind of object, the same silhouette from the matching angle
- Proportions match: the relative sizes of the major dimensions agree with the reference within what the eye can judge
- Every major feature visible in the reference (holes, slots, bosses, tabs, lips) is present in the result
- Those features sit where the reference has them
- Nothing is present that the reference does not show — no decorative or unexplained geometry
- A rectangular finned extrusion with a flat base, grooved along both long sides — not a cylinder or a plain block
- No wires, lugs or terminals modelled at either end
Measured checks
- watertight (gate)
- one sub-part named housing (gate)
- length is 50 mm
- width over the flanges
- height is 15.39 mm
- two through-holes
- the -X flange hole clears 3.7 mm
- the -X flange is there around its hole
- the -X flange is on one side only
- the -X hole is 3.7 mm, not a slot
- the +X flange hole clears 3.7 mm
- the +X flange is there around its hole
- the +X flange is on one side only
- the +X hole is 3.7 mm, not a slot
- the leads were not modelled
Ranked by hand
One reviewer put one attempt from each model in order, best first, ties left tied.
