Articulated figure

The request

A posable figure for FDM PLA, about 120 mm tall: a head, a torso, and two arms and two legs, each limb in two pieces. Ball joints at the shoulders and hips, pin hinges at the elbows and knees, with fits that print and move. Two views: first `assembly`, the posed figure standing upright with Z up, its feet on the bed at Z = 0, centred on the origin; then `print`, every printed piece laid out flat on the bed apart from the others. Supports are fine wherever a joint needs them — say so and record it; every piece must still rest on a flat face in the print layout. Declare the process in `verify`.

What the AI judge checks

• Ball joints at the shoulders and hips and pin hinges at the elbows and knees are visible on the figure
• A recognisably humanoid figure: head, torso, two arms and two legs in plausible proportion
• The figure stands upright on its feet
• Where a ball joint is visible, it is printable: an open or split socket, or a ball on a pin, rather than a ball sealed inside a closed sphere
• Nothing added beyond the figure's pieces and their joints

Measured checks

• a print view places the printed pieces
• every printed piece has a footprint above the floor in its print pose (gate)
• the interface list names only profile fit classes
• the part's own verify passes
• no unaccepted cost remains
