A flat hinge that comes off the printer already assembled: two leaves with interleaved knuckles, one carrying the pin, the other turning on it. Set the leaf size and how many knuckles you want, choose countersunk screw holes or none, and dial in the two clearances for your printer. Print it flat exactly as shown, flex it once to free the joint, and it swings.
