A print-in-place chain mail design featuring interlocking torus rings mounted on polygonal hubs (triangle, square, or hexagon). The rings are arranged in a 2D lattice and automatically sized to interlock with precise clearances while remaining fused to the print bed. Adjustable parameters include cell shape, sheet layout (grid or radial), ring diameter, wire thickness, interlock gap, and ring tilt angle to optimize for different print materials and desired flexibility.
