A 3D-printable boat propeller for small electric motors with a 7 mm shaft stub, adjustable hub and blade geometry, and a choice of pinion-gear or round-shaft motor coupling. The blades are built as twisted arc sections swept radially from the hub, then trimmed by a revolved elliptical envelope to set the swing diameter and outer profile. All parameters—shaft diameter, blade count (2–5), pitch, chord, camber, and rake—are fully adjustable, with optional support-free printing constraints for FDM.
