These are snap-together hexagonal tiles featuring blind compliant joints. The top surface displays clean, unbroken hexes while rounded jigsaw snaps and flexible cantilever sockets lock underneath. Sockets feature dedicated vertical flex clearance, cavities matching the exact outer flex slot and corner fillets, and self-supporting internal tapers for clean FDM bridging without supports.
