Configurable bracket

The request
Make a plain L-bracket: two flat rectangular legs meeting at 90°, no gussets and no fillets. By default each leg is 60mm long, 40mm wide and 5mm thick, and each leg carries two 5.5mm through-holes for M5 bolts. Give the control panel three presets named Small, Medium and Large that set the leg length and the bolt-hole diameter together (Medium is the default 60mm/5.5mm), and keep the individual dimension controls in the section's advanced progressive-disclosure group so the panel leads with the presets. Model it as a single sub-part named `bracket`.
What the AI judge checks
- Two flat rectangular legs meeting at a right angle, not a single plate
- No gusset or web bracing the corner between the legs
- No rounded or filleted corners anywhere on the bracket
- The two legs are about the same length as each other
- Each leg is roughly ten times as long as one bolt hole is wide (60mm legs, 5.5mm holes)
- The bolt holes are spaced apart along each leg and sit clear of its edges
Measured checks
- watertight (gate)
- 60/60/40 leg envelope
- L-bracket material (~22.5cm³)
- four bolt holes (genus >= 4)
- control panel declares >=3 presets
- individual dimensions disclosed under an Advanced group
