The request
make me a case for a wooden puzzle. the puzzle is 95mm in width, 101 mm in length, 9.8mm in thickness. corners have a radius of 5mm. there should be 0.5mm clearance around the puzzle and the cover. the cover is 2mm in thickness and has a bottom and top pieces connected by a flexible hinge along the length of the puzzle. the top and bottom pieces overlaps so that they snap together when closed. the cover is printed as one part with the top and bottom sections next to each other connected by the flexible hinge. it is a "clamshell" design.
What the AI judge checks
- Two roughly equal rounded-rectangle sections side by side
- The whole part lies flat as one piece, not folded or stacked
- A thin flexible hinge joining the two sections along their long edge, not a solid block or a gap
- Overlapping lips on the outer edges that would snap together when folded closed
- Each section is large enough to hold a 95 by 101 mm puzzle with clearance
Measured checks
- single printed part (gate)
- has a thin hinge region
Ranked by hand
One reviewer put one attempt from each model in order, best first, ties left tied.
Parts marked not acceptable fall below the reviewer's acceptable line whatever their order. This task is robustness only, so the order is shown here and counts toward no leaderboard number.
